I get where you're coming from, as that team could use another RB for the next year or 2, and Henry would be a great addition for you. I think I'd go with offer 1 (to preserve your TE depth) and even though this is a bit of an over payment for a 26 year old RB, you have more than enough WR depth to absorb losing Boyd. Get Henry and try and win right now!

So I don't mind keeping my TEs if the other owner isn't interested. If I move a TE another owner approached me with J. Smith or I. Thomas for Mike Williams which could replenish the position. Either way, I think adding a 3rd solid RB would put me over the top.

With your league being IDP I see a lot of good players still being available with those mid seconds, so that second deal could be sneaky good as well.

I like the Mike Evans trade but I am not a Mike Evans fan or a Henry fan. So if I was moving Evans, I would target a different RB

I agree with this being a win now move. I see Evans and Henry as similarly valued players, plus you get two good picks on top.

Unless people are higher on A-rob than Evans, I guess I don't see how moving him instead of A-rob and James White is a better win now move. The 2.04 and 2.06 are nice throw ins, but guys taken in that range likely won't make a massive difference in 2020.

True, but it looks to be pretty shallow starting requirements for IDP. Most teams IDP guys in formats like that are usually stacked.
