EASILY the 1.09+ in any scenario.

Let's cut out 4.04 & 4.05 to make it easier.

2.04 + 6.04 >>>> 3.08 + 5.08. Moving up 16 (!!!) spots in premium round and dropping 8 in solid rounds is a massive win.

1.09 >> 7, 8, 9, 11, 12

And, as a cherry, the 1.09 side even gets a 15 back!! :)

Huge win for 1.09+ side.
