1.03 update

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

1.03 update

Postby darewood11 » Thu Apr 30, 2020 7:37 am

Team 3 total rebuild move 1.3 for 1.05 and fant. Worth it?

Dobbins went 2 so I took it at 1.03 and passed on the deal. Right call I have to believe

I think Fant is enough to move up 2 spots but I like Fant a lot.

Yes. Fant is a nice young piece to drop back.

Yep. In that rebuild you should probably take a WR which you should have your choice at 1.5

That is a GREAT offer for you. Fant is a really nice young piece and you're going to get a blue chip prospect at 1.5 regardless.

I disagree. I think OP should draft RB at 1.01 and 1.05, any two of the big 5. He can add Fant to secure his TE position, then get 4 WR straight with picks 2.2-2.5. Wouldn't be surprised if he walked out with 4/5 of: Higgins, Mims, Pittman, Aiyuk, and Shenault, which would be fire. The top 5 RB's could've been top 3 guys in other years, and next year is a big year for WR, where he can try to grab one of the elite guys.

Dynasty Team 2:

10 Man, Half PPR, Double Flex

RB: Barkley , Mixon, Javonte, Jacobs, CEH
WR: AJB, Tyreek, Lamb, Aiyuk, Bateman

Do you think you can wait until you are on the clock to make the move? I'm assuming you are taking CEH with the 1.01. I'd wait to see if Taylor drops to you at 1.03. If JT goes at 1.02, then I'd move the 1.03 for the 1.05 and Fant.

This is easily the 1.05 and Fant for me, unless Taylor drops to 1.03, because you already have Andrews at TE, and I like Andrews more than Fant.

I don't ever see myself starting Fant over Andrews, so why give up draft capital?

I don't think I can bring myself to taking Cam Akers over Jerry Jeudy...especially in what looks to be a big time rebuild
