SF Trade - Lock/Kamara vs. Roethlisberger/CEH

Just got a trade offer in one of the DLF Champions Cup SF/TE leagues (for those unfamiliar, there are yearly prizes but every third year there is a prize given out to champion across four separate leagues that are part of one series). I more or less punted RB and focused on the stud TEs in this format, as you can actually start up to 4. Made an in-draft trade of Tua for Taylor and then rolled the dice on CEH. This was all pre-NFL draft, so couldn't have worked out much better. Anyhow, the value seems pretty clearly on one side of this deal, but I've been avoiding any RBs coming up on end of contract given the way the NFL treats them, and liked the idea of starting with rookie RBs whose contracts will last through the first 3 years of this league. Will Kamara be different? Am I overthinking this?

Lock/Kamara for Big Ben/Clyde Edwards-Hellaire

Roster Requirements: 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 SF, 3 Flex (10 starters)

Current Roster:

QB: Dak, Brady, Big Ben, Rivers, Fromm
RB: JTaylor, CEH, Scott, Hill, Warren, Dowdle
WR: Gallup, Diontae, Marvin Jones, Duvernay, D-Jax, Tyler Johnson, Boykin
TE: Kelce, Andrews, Ertz, Gesicki, Ebron, Fells, Akins, Alie-Cox, K Smith

So I get your build. I think you make this trade and immediately look to turn kamara into a rb + wr. You may have amazing tes but your rbs and wrs are very limited. It also gives you a little more youth at the QB position.

I don't see a huge gap between Kamara and CEH, but Lock >> Roethlisberger due to age.

Thanks all. I was thinking it was a pretty easy decision but always good to get some other opinions. Turns out his offer included the wrong J Taylor - he had included JJ Taylor but I didn't mention it since it was a minor piece. Ended up reaching out to clarify based on some other offers from yesterday that included Jonathan Taylor, and it was a mistake. Anyhow, I don't want to trade away both Jonathan Taylor and CEH for Kamara, so it looks like the deal is off.
