Jacobs is the better short term asset based on his workload and position scarcity. Hines is a nonfactor here for me.

To me this depends on your build. If you were competing now and in need of an RB I'd take Jacobs. If you're not competing now and/or need WR help go Sutton. In a vacuum it's close, but I like Sutton a bit better.

I bet you could flip Jacobs for a better WR than Sutton. I'd take Jacobs and either hold him or shop him for a player you really want. Once he starts catching a lot more passes this year, his value will soar
