Looking at your teams with Kittle on them, it doesn't look like you need the RB help plus there's also no guarantee that the Bills don't draft/sign another RB to complement Singletary. Hooper's situation is great either as he's now going to be competing for targets with OBJ, Landry and Hunt in what might be a run first offense. I would keep Kittle who's going to a top 2 TE for a long time.
