Harry was a high 1st last year, but still needs to show he can develop. Goedert=2.01, so the gap between the future 4th and current 2nd should be compared to the gap from Harry to the future 1st.
I think it leans your way. It’s not insulting, but I don’t see the incentive for the Harry owner to take it. You might be able to get one of those 2nds or a 3rd instead. It is always worth trying though.

Seems fair but has too many parts for the initial offer. 2.01 and 2.05 should offer some decent prospects this year. Does the other team have WR depth and need a TE? Why not just offer 2021 first for Harry, assuming Harry is your main target in the trade?

I see no incentive for Harry owner to take this deal. He just spent a high 1st on Harry and last year was a write off. Not what you wanted to see but can't really dock him for it either. Harry > a future AND late 1st to him and 2.01 + 2.05 > Goedert. While it's not "insulting" I wouldn't like the chances of it being accepted.
You're giving up likely a very late future 1st and a backup TE for a guy who was an early 1st round pick who didn't get a fair shake + two current 2nd round picks in an exceptionally deep draft. The more I look at this the crazier the poll results seem to me.
