I offered Darnold and Knox originally. He counted to OJH and I just feel like that is selling at rock bottom for OJ.

Darnold and Mayfield both have a lot to prove this year. I dont see a huge difference between the two currently. I would not add Howard. Mayfield has more value for most I'm guessing, but he looked really bad last year. Darnold was not 100% at any point last year post illness.

I’m a Darnold fan/real high on him so I’ll take
Howard for close to free. That said, I’m surprised others on here aren’t going baker based on how I’ve seen the two generally valued.

Mayfield pretty easily for me. I believe in CLE building the offense around him, whereas Darnold has to overcome Gase for another year.

Darnold is getting some OL help this year, so he may not have to run for his life again this year. He's still tied to the offensive anchor that is Gase, but i'd still take him over that midget Mayfield. I also think Gase gets fired mid season.
