Intriguing Trade

Postby Wranglers » Sun Apr 05, 2020 7:19 am

So i floated my 2021 first out in my 12 team league(team 3 in sig). Someone offered conner. Im not that high on conner, due to injury history, but, man this seems like a good deal for my team.
In too many leagues to post rosters, but they almost all have ajb

Not a chance in a sf/te premium league. Conner doesn't get you the ring, so keep the pick.

Only way that makes sense is if you can win this year and you need a strong RB2.....I don't see your team in contention for a few years.....so keep your pick and build through the draft......don't sell your future for piece that won't get you over the top.

Trading good draft capital for a non elite RB pre NFL draft is always a bad idea. Especially with all the rumblings out of the Steel City that they are going to take a back early. They have spent a lot of time with some of the top backs in this class, apparently.

I’m not a big believer in Conner, so I take the 21 1st. I actually think with such a stacked RB class, PIT drafts one in like the 3rd round.

I would certainly wait until after the NFL draft before I would even consider this kind of deal.
