who should i draft?

I picked up this team which is in a 10 team 1-pt PPR dynasty league. My question is I have picks 1-4, 1-8, 2-6 and 3-3 in the upcoming rookie draft. Looking at my team below I'm in a rebuild mode (obviously). My questions to all readers is what moves are suggested?

Assuming that Swift, Taylor and Dobbins are off the board at pick 4 do I go either Lamb or Jeudy with Pick 4 and then pick up the best RB available at pick 8?

If I pick up a RB at 1-8 how do you rank the following (obviously landing spot will matter):
Akers
CEH
Moss
Vaughn
McFarland
Benjamin
Dillon

Pick My third pick (2-6) and fourth pick (3-3) will be BPA
