Can't really go wrong with most of them (2nd option is probably the worst of the bunch). Kupp or 1.03 + 2021 1st is probably how I'd go.

I’d take the first or the third offer. I’d want a 2021 1st if taking the third offer.

I’d pass on the second offer as the third offer is better.
