Darnold seems like a safer long term starter in theory, I would lean that side but I also really like Smith Jr. I doubt there will be any good QB options available at the 1.08. With having the 1.01, you shore up your QBs hopefully long term with Burtow and Darnold.

I would not. What is your rationale for considering it? not sold on Burrow? You seem pretty stacked on QB 2s

This was pretty much my thoughts. Irv was the sweetener to pull the trigger.

Nope still set to take Burrow at 1, 1.08 would’ve probably been RB depth. Agree I had a lot of QB2, I kinda liked the idea of consolidating there some.

I'd keep what you have. I prefer Minshew for this year. Who even knows if Darnold is a starter in a year. He's been quite bad, his numbers aren't good and his team and coach are bad.

Minshews numbers were actually very good in his rookie year.

Minshew 3.06 < Darnold
1.08 << 2.05, Irv & 4.02

I'm desperately trying to move Darnold in my 2 QB league for anything remotely of value. My issue is I want a QB in return.

I acquired Darnold, James Washington & Dionte Johnson for Kyler Murray after the NFL draft. How stupid was that.

Minshew more or less = Darnold
1.08 > 2.05 + Smith

I think I actually prefer Minshew to Darnold, and I'd want more to sell the 1.08.
