I don't think this trade helps you at all if it is the team in your signature. I would not be moving any 1st round picks with your current build. If you can flip Cook for a monster package, I could understand more.

I feel like I’ve said this for just about every response I’ve given lately: It depends on your build.

If Cook is the piece that puts you solidly in contender mode, this is the move. If not, keep the 1st as you need pieces to build more.
