Moore owner is a contender and has the 1.01, 1.03 & 1.05 this year.

Doubtful you can get it done without the 1.07 coming back. Their trade value is closer then most think. If you’re rebuilding, getting into that top tier is good enough value to do it.

Agree. DJM owners won't pay the 1.03 to upgrade to Adams.
