I think you got a nice deep receiver core and you should keep it that way. Find a cheaper RB with RB1 upside and use Ingram and/or a pick to add him. Seems like you could have some nice RB depth if you do this and still have the 1.03

QB: Kyler Murray, Baker Mayfield, Jimmy Garoppolo
RB: Nick Chubb, Miles Sanders, Jonathan Taylor, Ronald Jones, Malcolm Brown
WR: Kenny Golladay, AJ Brown, DJ Moore, Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk, Chase Claypool, Jakobi Meyers
TE: Noah Fant, Mark Andrews Hayden Hurst
2021 Picks: 1st

Team 2:

QB: Patrick Mahomes, Tyrod Taylor, Nick Foles
RB: Aaron Jones, Josh Jacobs, Damien Williams, Damien Harris, Ryquell Armstead
WR: Kenny Golladay, Courtland Sutton, Robert Woods
TE: Tyler Higbee, Gerald Everett
2020 Picks: 1.03, 2.03, 3.03

That's about what it would take for me to move Chubb. Fair trade imo. If you're confident this move makes you a contender I say pull the trigger.

Pretty steep, but might be what it takes to get Chubb. If it puts you over the top, its probably worth it with your depth.

This for me. I like Chubb and everything but I also really like DK. Too expensive for me.

That’s about what I’d want to move my share, but doubt I’d pay it

Where exactly do see Chubb's upside as one of the truly elite guys? He was 2nd in the NFL in rushing last year and that was still only good for RB8. And that was with half a season without Kareem Hunt stealing touches (Chubb's receptions were crap after Hunt came back).

He either has to score a LOT more TDs or catch a LOT more passes to have elite upside, and I don't really see a direct path to either of those in the short term.

A lot of people talk about Aaron Jones TD volatility, but an interesting point here is you could subtract 12 TDs from Jones total last year and he still would have outscored Chubb in fantasy points.

Chubb just doesn't catch enough passes to be an elite fantasy player in the modern NFL. He's dropping so many points to the top 5 guys in the receiving game.

Don't get me wrong, a solid low end RB1 that's young is still a valuable piece (although Chubb will actually turn 25 this season which isn't as young for a RB these days). But people are valuing him like he has a good shot of joining that top tier of RBs. I just don't see a realistic path for him to do that.

I love Chubb and have him in numerous leagues, but if I'm moving at that price. Although Hooper is not exactly a throw in piece.

Too steep. Need a 1st coming back.

1.3 in this draft should hold a LOT of value, as should DK. I roster Chubb and love him as a player, but this feels steep.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! On the fence about it for sure. I see the pro’s and con’s to each option. Def don’t love that Hunt is there to vulture touches away from Chubb which is a concern of mine. He has the potential to be top 5 RB but not if he can’t contribute in the passing game. I’ll prob hold for now and see where the rookies get drafted first and see if I can squeeze out a better deal come draft time.

He is an elite athlete. Extremely powerful and explosive. Has breakaway speed. He flashed plenty of pass catching ability before Hunt showed up. If it weren't for Freddie Kitchens and Kareem Hunt he very well could have been 2nd only to CMC in RB scoring. Stefanski is going to unleash him.

Vast majority of the people on this forum will lead you to believe that Hunt is practically worthless, yet somehow he is simultaneously the end of the world for Chubb. He will not be in Cleveland past this year. Chubb will be a top 10 back this year and he'll be a top 5 back once Hunt is gone. That's if the new coaching staff even decides to use Hunt as much as Kitchens did.
