Hayden Hurst

He’s a free agent in my league and and im thinking about picking him up. Only thing is I’m maxed out at te. Should I pick him up and drop Ian thomas or irv Smith or stick with what I’ve got?

I'd take Hurst over Thomas. He was a first round pick, just got traded for a 2nd after asking to be moved to a team that would use him as a receiver more. The Falcons use the TE a lot in that system. They've got more invested in Hurst than the Panthers do Thomas, and he's in a better spot. I have Thomas in the team in Sig, and would take Hurst over him, so I'd practice what I preach, so to speak. Thomas is over rated around here IMO. I'd keep Irv, but I'd drop Thomas for HH.

Anyone saying Thomas is a moron, sorry. I can get behind Smith, but Hurst is a 1st round pick that goes to a high scoring offense that uses the TE.

Pretty much my thoughts exactly. Plus, it's a new coaching staff in Carolina. They may or may not be high on Thomas. To early to tell there, but I'd take a shot on Hurst over Thomas.

I'd offer Thomas to every team for a 3rd then and see if you get any bites. If still no interest, I'd drop him for Hurst.

I do think Hurst should be rostered. We know that ATL likes the TE, so he should do well there. as stated above, i'd try to get anything for either of those TE's, but if you can't, i'd cut Thomas for Hurst.

I don't like calling people morons but I do agree with this sentiment.
