Mccaffrey or 1.05/1.07/1.10/1.11? (Poll)

This is for a friend. 12 team SuperFlex TEPrem league. He has made the playoffs the last three years with McCaffrey and made it to the finals two years ago. He is not really looking to rebuild but the best team in the league is going after Christian hard and they have a lot of 2020 picks. Thoughts?

I’d rather get a solid player and only a couple firsts back.

I personally don't like moving studs for just picks. The value might be there and the players picked with those picks may end up being studs, but I'd want to swap one of those late 1sts with someone proven.

Late to the party, but I think I'd have taken the package of picks. You build dynasties by selling players at peak value and that's where CMC is now. 4 picks, even later ones, in what looks to be a stacked draft class is no joke. If risk is an issue, flip one or more of the picks closer to the league's rookie draft.

Edit: I'd imagine when rookie fever hits peak madness, the 1.10 would fetch a decent starting RB or nice WR depth.

Pass on the Cooper deal. Would need a bit more, plus he's set at WR, guy needs everything else.

Hold CMC for just picks. There are no known assets coming back for a top 3 asset. Pass on the Cooper deal too.

I think I'd take the picks. Picks don't mean you need to draft an unknown rookie. When draft gets closer, and the value of the picks peaks, you can turn those picks into even more valuable proven players.

How is this always the common sentiment around here? 4 rookie picks, especially in a pretty meaty class, isn’t close to one stud player?

Not going to compare apples to apples, but DJ was once being sold for multiple 1sts as recently as last year. Where is his value now? If someone offered me 4 1sts for CMC, especially if my team wasn’t confidently a contender, I’ll take those picks easy.

By the way, I bet in most leagues the side with the picks will usually reject this deal.
