Re: Carr vs. Foles and Package
Carr is the best piece here, quite easily IMO. Minshew doesn't have anything to do with getting Foles, IMO. Carr is a starting caliber QB, and Foles isn't.

Re: Carr vs. Foles and Package
Agree, still gotta go with Carr. As of right now, he's a starting QB and the piece in this deal by far.

Even if you hate Carr, how is a 3rd worth more than a starting QB...or even a backup QB in a SF?sugbear65 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 1:35 pmI hate Carr. Re: Carr vs. Foles and Package
It was meant somewhat tongue in cheek. But I do hate Carr. And if he does lose his job, I would want the two 3rds over him. As it stands though yes, I won’t try and argue value wise he is worth more. But as far as backup QBs go in a superflex, I’d rather have a couple 3rds than a large amount of the backups across the league. If/when Carr becomes one, add him to that list.Goddard wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 1:38 pmEven if you hate Carr, how is a 3rd worth more than a starting QB...or even a backup QB in a SF?sugbear65 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 1:35 pmI hate Carr. Re: Carr vs. Foles and Package
Carr side.
Re: Carr vs. Foles and Package
Carr is starting foles isn’t, everything else is so low end it doesn’t matter
Re: Carr vs. Foles and Package
Carr. As much as the raiders are "shopping" QBs in this off season, carr is still likely to remain the starter. I'd need more than a couple bench players to sell off a starting QB.

Re: Carr vs. Foles and Package
Meh I really don't think Carr or Foles is a long-term starter in the league. Basically a couple of 3rds for Westbrook and Breida. Honestly I'll take the Carr side if only for the picks.

Re: Carr vs. Foles and Package
Carr should be. He gets way too much hate. Guy had over 70 percent completion percentage, over 100 passer rating, was top ten in yards per attempt, etc. with a hurt Tyrell Williams and Zay Jones as his two outside receivers. He isn't elite, but he's definitely a top 32 QB, and I think he will be for a few years at least. Not sure what long term is, but I think Carr is most definitely going to be a relevant starting QB longer than Foles, who may never be again as of now.WhatWouldDitkaDo wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 8:18 pm Meh I really don't think Carr or Foles is a long-term starter in the league. Re: Carr vs. Foles and Package
I disagree. I regard Carr much like Bridgewater, who incidentally were the two worst QBs in the league when it came to air yards per attempt. They're game manager types who will be relegated to backup duty sooner rather than later. I know Bridgewater had his knee injury, but I think he would've been a backup by now even had he stayed healthy.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 8:50 pmCarr should be. He gets way too much hate.
