Perriman or 3.01

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Well i cant say that the comparison to funches is fair because funchess took a whole year to come close to the stats perriman put up in 5 games. Even though he isnt worth anything near mclaurin at this point, i am being very patient with this situation because he was a 1st rd talent so you never know when they will open that pandoras box of confidence. We may have just seen that happen so i easily would pay a late 2nd for him but probably not a 1st. Keep in mind what he did was pretty good given his qb threw just as many passes to the other team as he did tds to his guys and perriman didnt have anyone to help take attention away from him for 3 of those 5 games

I saw several people in this thread who said the 3.01 has little value.... If you do your research you'll notice talent slips through the cracks. I was able to grab McLaurin with the 3.01. Others were able to get Hardman or Irv Smith Jr.

Scan through this thread and see who all was being drafted at 3.01 and beyond.

I dont like Funchess but he got hurt so last season really isn't a fair knock against him.

My point is that Funchess had drop issues even in CAR and was pretty bad overall. For whatever reason, he had a few decent games and all of a sudden was considered a dynasty buy when he reached free agency, much like Perriman. Personally, I'd instant accept if someone offered me the 3.01 for Perriman.

This year especially will have some good names at 3.01. I'd rather have Herbert/Love, the top TE, Vaughn, Pittman, Gandy-golden, etc over Perriman.
