I just took over a team and I'm trying to decide which direction I should go. I've got some solid pieces but I'm just not comfortable heading into the season. Team details below:

That’s about the best looking orphan team I’ve ever seen. Maybe try to get some 2nd rd picks to get some youth.

I’d shop Tanny, maybe try to get some better depth at RB or WR.
But if you wanted to burn it down and put your own touch on things, that could be fun too. I’m in no way saying I think that team needs to be rebuilt, it’s a good team. Just that if you wanted to make it your own, you have some nice high value assets that could net a haul in trades. With the bevy of picks and youth you’d be able to acquire, the retool could be quick and set you up for years to come, as long as your comfortable punting year one. Like I said, not a necessary step to take, but could be a fun one.

Starters are solid but some depth wouldn’t hurt, as others said. I wouldn’t hate going into the season with Fant. Maybe try trading Ertz+Ben for a QB upgrade? Would feel better with Tannehill as my QB3 in a SF. Or see what kind of package you could get trading Ertz for multiple pieces/picks.

That trade makes you worse, your team looks legit. You could maybe look for a better QB2. This may sound crazy but I think Fant will make a big jump next year, and Goedert is fazing out Ertz, I also think this is a great time to cash out on Tannehill; I’d look to pair Ertz and Tannehill for a QB upgrade

I like both moves for the direction you are taking. Would have liked a better singular piece or pick back in the CMC trade, but overall value was ok. You nailed the second one though, that was a great one for you.
