Value of David Montgomery??

Someone wants to trade me David Montgomery in return for my 2020 1.07

I feel like i could drafter a better RB with the 1.07....?

You don’t need Montgomery and even if you need an rb you can get a better one at 1.07. It’s the pick quite easily

It’s probably a toss-up but personally, I would pass. With this draft class, I think there will be better options available at 1.07.

I would keep the 1.07, you will more than likely get one of Akers, Reagor or Ruggs and I value them all above Montgomery.

1.07 is worth quite a bit more IMO. Montgomery looks like an average NFL RB. Volume dependent, without explosive plays. A poor man's Jordan Howard rushing, with more receiving upside, but his ceiling is capped.

I like Montgomery's talent but 1.7 should yield you a more dynamic player. I value him in the 1.10-1.12 range.

The rb at 1.7 is probably about monty but the other positions would be more valuable

Montgomery posted a 4.65 last year and didn’t show much explosion or big play ability last year. You can probably get a guy like Akers at 1.07 who is far more explosive with higher upside.
