This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Miles Sanders

Postby SWIMball » Thu Feb 20, 2020 1:56 pm

I was offered the 1.06, 2.02, and Jordan Howard for Miles Sanders. That seems pretty close to me. Would you take that?

No thanks. Howard has no value to me and I have sanders valued at 1.02 in this draft. I believe hes going to grow into a monster this coming year.

Not even close. I offered LF and Keenan Allen for him and it was rejected. If you accidentally cut him and he was in the draft, he would be pick 1.1 easily.

PS wasn't he taken higher than 1.6 in your rookie draft last year??? In mine he went in the top 3-4.

No question its sanders here. He is easily the best piece and based on your team it would leave you weak at RB

Wow are people that high on Sanders? I'd take Fournette or Allen alone over Sanders.

I wouldn't move LF or KA alone for Sanders, let alone both.

haha in full disclosure it's a keeper league and I can't keep both...but the other team is short on good keepers.

The 1.06 alone is probably a little light, but adding the 2.02 makes it closer. I'd still pass and keep Sanders because you at least have a good idea of what you have with him.

I agree with not accepting this trade, but i dont agree with the logic. Sanders would only be 1.01 because you know his situation and he seemed to produce relatively well given his opportunities. Given the openings at RB this year, and where these players stand as prospects relative to where Sanders was, point to sanders certainly not being RB1 if he was in this class. Assuming the top 3 backs land on teams like KC, HOU, ATL, TB, i dont see how you take sanders over that
