Given Kerron's inability to stay on the field and serviceable-if-unspectacular play while healthy, I would want both your 1.04 and 1.05 included to consider moving my Cook and I'd still probably balk at that.

Given Cook's performance last year coupled with the best RBs of this draft likely to be gone by 1.04/1.05 the other guy would have to be rebuilding for this to make sense for him.

The "could too" is what makes it light. Every year there are a whole draft of "could too" players that you don't give up a "is doing" player for.

It's also very easy to see Cook getting hurt again and missing chunks of time, like he has every single year since middle school.

I like Cook, but the way he is valued right now is way too high for me. He played 14 games this season and is getting valued as if injury concerns are suddenly behind him. While I think KJ and the 1.04 doesn't get it done, I certainly wouldnt feel insulted. And if that is an insulting offer, then I know that I wont be trading for Cook any time soon.
