Tannehill/Jimmy G Trade

I was offered the following trade in my 2QB league:

I send - Ryan Tannehill and Pick 12 in the 2020 Rookie/Free Agent Draft

I receive - Jimmy Garoppolo and Rashaad Penny

I am not worried about moving the pick because I have a plethora in the first this year. However, is Jimmy G a definite upgrade on Tannehill moving forward? My team is in my signature. Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I would rather have Jimbo then Tannehill. I think Garoppolo is the safer long term option.

I'm not sure you have to make this trade. I think its probably close to being even, but I'd rather wait until that 2.02 is on the clock. I think you could get more value out of it then, and even if you can't you can still make this trade if someone doesn't fall that you like. I also think its likely that Tannehill gets a solid deal either in Tennessee or in another offense. If its another offense, his value goes up in my mind.
