A buddy of mine really wants Lindsay and offered Josh Allen and Dallas Goedert. I believe the trade is fair I’m just not sure if it’s something I should do...
I’d have more depth at QB with Brisset possibly not being the starter. Handcuff to Ertz with huge upside. I’d be at 4 solid rbs to play but having Lindsay I feel like puts me over that hump.
What should I do?

I would do it for sure, I’m not very high on Lindsay long term and with your RB depth you can afford to lose him. You really need a QB, and Goedert to pair have with Ertz as his eventual replacement is nice

Josh Allen is young and has proven he can be a really nice fantasy QB.
