I put the 1.01 value somewhere around half the value of MT, so, a lot.

I’d want 1.01, someone in the Sutton/Golladay range, and maybe a bit more. 1.01 and a single future 1st wouldn’t do it, unless I was fully tearing my team down maybe

If we're talking picks:
Probably a Mid first, or a Late first and a little bit more.
I'd want something in the top 5-6 to go with the 1.01

If we're talking players:
Someone like Sutton (though that could be seen as too high of an ask) may work
Team #1: 2nd place
12 team, 1 ppr (1.5 te), 1Q,2R,2W,1T,2F,1D,1K

Q: Kyler, AR
R: JT, CMC, Barkley, chandler

Team #3: back to back champion

MT is a top 3-5 SF startup pick.

The rookie 1.01 would be at earliest maybe mid to late 2nd in a startup?

MT is worth the 1.01 + a ton more.

I'd trade 1.01 & 1.06 to get Thomas in a heartbeat, that feels light to me. If I were trading Thomas away I would want both of those picks plus a Golladay/Sutton type player.
12 Team Dynasty, (SF) (2pt/c TE Prem)

I agree , MT is just out of this world he scored 100 points more than any WR and did it with a backup QB half the year

I think this is pretty close to his relative value at this time, but people get nutty about the 1.01 in SF. They get the rookie fever and put it on a pedestal. Thus, including their percieved value of the pick. I think the quote above is pretty fair, but I doubt you'll get all that. Could happen. Doesn't hurt to ask.

It purely depends on the players coming out as to the value of the 1.01.

For example the Barkley year he was deemed a generational talent from the off so the value between the 1.01 and the top WR at the time were similar.

This year there is lots of great talent but none of Barkley’s talent as of right now so the gap is greater, so the values of the 1.01 are different year on year but some deem it the same.

To answer your question I say at very least another early first

When you draft someone high in a rookie draft you are HOPING that he becomes as good or even half the player that Thomas has become. What that means is that you would need something substantial on top of 1.01 even in SF to get to Thomas' value. If I was targeting a draft pick, I would pick another player to trade away, and keep Thomas stored safely on my team.

It would take a lot to get Michael Thomas right now which is the reason why no one should be trading for him. He has a fantastic wide receiver but his value has probably peaked. There is some concern in my book that when Drew leaves. he will still be a top 10 wide receiver but he will lose that monster stud potential. I cannot imagine him doing as good or better without drew
