Alvin Kamara Trade Value in .5ppr 20 team

What would Alvin Kamaras trade value be in a .5 ppr 20 team salary cap league? We have a limit of $150 but you can make other deals to gain more cap than the $150
Kamara has a cap hit of $43 due to our franchise tag rules.
My Kerryon Johnson has a $3 cap hit but next year would most likely spike up and the Kamara owner asked if i would deal Kerryon and my pick 1.16 for Kamara. Not sure what you guys think on this. I do also own 1.03 and definently not moving that pick at any costs. Thanks

if you have a good team and can afford him id take kamara no question. i dont give a crud about kj tho and 1.16 seems like a 5050 shot at a good cheap asset.

I'd rather have KJ with that fantastic salary. Kamara has a contract that is almost one third of your entire team budget. In a 20 team league, depth is huge, and the salary savings with KJ's contract will leave you plenty of money. What is KJ's salary going to spike up to next year?

I have plenty of cap space to work with (about $70ish) he would also be giving me $10 in this trade. Kerryons salary will definently be higher than the $3 this year just due to him going into our free agent pool. I would expect someone to go at least $20 on him after this upcoming season in 2020. I do have a solid foundation in Pat Mahomes, Carson Wentz (most likely dealing Wentz for an RB or WR this offseason)Kareem Hunt, Courtland Sutton, James Washington and the #3 overall pick in our rookie draft. I feel like i could make a lil noise depending if i take the right guy at #3. Thanks for the input you guys!

You have Mahomes, Wentz, Hunt, Sutton, Washington, whoever you pick at 3, and I assume some other ancillary players, and still have half your cap?

Getting $10 back means you can add kamara here and still have ~40/150?

$43 of a $150 cap is enormous, and its without question the reason the other guy is moving him, at what would be a huge discount in a normal league. But I guess I’d think about it here. Depends on the details of your salary rules

O i forgot to say my TEs before too in which i have Mike Gesicki and Noah Fant (i personally love that young combo as they each showed me something over the last two months of the season) You can also trade to aquire more cap space or also trade cap in other deals. My team was preety bad last year even though i made a blockbuster at the trade deadline (Getting Mahomes and Sutton) i didnt have a single win on the year at that point (ended up winning 3 out of my last four games that counted) but i was hit with terrible luck before that which happens to teams all the time (me more than others haha) this deal definently gets me an upgrade at RB (not sure why Kamara just wasnt his full self all year) i know he was injured but it was preety bad for the most part based off of the expectations for him.
