Trade value of Tyreek?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Two - three 1st round picks. He has some risk, but is an elite asset and a top 5 dynasty wr with the best QB in football.

I value him as a top-4 dynasty WR, so however you'd value Michael Thomas, DeAndre Hopkins, and Davante Adams.

I would probably put his value just a tad below theirs, but agree that he should be viewed as a stud.

as a general rule, i put a price tag of 3 1st rd picks on just about any young stud. Hill qualifies as a young stud. There are about 15-20 total in all of FF. With Hill though more than any of the others he carries a serious risk of getting into trouble which may downgrade that value some. In any case i wouldn't trade him at this point for less than 3 1sts and at least one of them would need to be a top 5 pick

I just got him for a lottery pick with just 1/10 lottery balls (most likely 1.04) and 1.06...couldn’t be happier!

I understand he puts up great numbers but he is WAY too risky with off field stuff for me, so I wouldn't pay more than a mid first for him. If I had him, I likely won't sell that for that. Maybe an early first if I really needed a WR and the rookie draft was just before the regular season started, no way I would give multiply firsts now and have to wait 6 months to see if he can hold back from beating up more 3-year olds.

this is me as well. one half of a good season after all that drama wasnt enough for him to be back to cream of the crop status in my eyes. what he said on those recordings was real. hes a nut. not someone i wanna invest in highly despite tantalizing upside.

chiefs also only extended him for 3 years and have an out after this season. they dont view him as a safe piece either and for good reason. all his money is to be paid in roster bonuses and not base salary. dont spend the farm to get this guy right now is my advice
