2020 Season and Beyond: Keenan Allen vs. Allen Robinson

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I think Allen has more upside, but we will see where he stands post Rivers. I would still rather have Allen though. How close their stats were is a little surprising to me.

I know we don't know who Allen's QB will be next year, but as long as Arob has Trubisky, I'd rather go with Keenan.

Why's that a negative though? Trubisky has plenty of issues, but he likes to target Robinson early and often. Personally I think Allen more or less = Robinson right now value-wise.

I own both, I like them similarly but I would concede that Allen has decidedly more “Street value”. Probably a late first difference imo.

Interesting. Appreciate the insights. I had someone approach me today about the possibility of an A Rob Keenan flip. Was curious to know everyone's thoughts on the difference in value. I'm torn tbh. Also wondering if the move is close enough to lateral that it wouldn't matter either way. Although so far if seems the value is pointing to Keenan.

KA and Arob are even for me. Gun to my head, I'm taking KA, but it basically comes down to personally preference. If he's offering you Arob for KA, the obvious thing to do is to try and get anything you can on top of Arob. The other owner obviously values KA higher. So counter with KA for Arob and a 2nd. See what the other owner says.

I'd personally rather have Robinson, but Allen seems to have more value in a trade.

As an owner of both in different leagues, I agree that they’re really close. I don’t think I’d do a straight swap, but if someone offered me a mid 2nd on top, I’d pull the trigger.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

For me, I am always going to lean to the 1 1/2 year younger WR that has proven he can be highly effective with awful QB play over the guy that just lost basically the only QB he has ever had who he had a fantastic rapport with. I just donm't see a scenario wher KA regresses this year.
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

What I like about KA is that he's a PPR, high reception type player. He doesn't rely on TD's as much, they are a bonus. I love that consistency.

Allen Robinson now, and in the future. Talent wise its close, but I just like ARob a bit more at the moment.
