You should be getting more back in my opinion. Burrow is a huge upcoming asset in SF straight away and the rights to should be treated as such. Ask for more or hold.

I would hold for now. If he really wants Burrow, the offers will get intense near your draft. I agree it should be at least late 1st value or take Burrow yourself. The 2.02 doesn’t cut it, much less with you throwing back a late 2nd.

Last year I sold my 1.02 for 1.03 & 1.04. That was prolly a bit to the high side. But you should get way more

No. Hold 1.01 until after the NFL draft. It's value will grow and you'll have more options. Selling for a bump in the 2nd would be a massive mistake.
