Looks like I got number 1.10 and 2.03.... yuck?
Should I consider rookie pick 1.01 in one of these spots or way to early?

I would probably for sure go QB at 1.10 but don’t pigeon-hole yourself, you have to pay attention to how everyone else drafts. You could get a great RB or WR at 2.03, just depends on what everyone else does.

Way too early. You should be going QB/QB with both.

But I wouldn’t be set on qb/qb, play the flow of the draft I’ve seen some weird ones where 8 or so qbs go real early

Smash the QBs out of it. Depending on how well versed people are in SuperFlex/2QB formats. I'm going to assume some people have no idea, and some do. On that basis here's how I think your draft will go.

Not my draft order, just how I think things will go based on recency bias and have some newbs in the draft.

1.01 CMC
1.02 Mahomes
1.03-1.04 Barkley/Lamar (in any order)
1.05 Thomas
1.06 Kamara
1.07 Watson
1.08 Cook
1.09 Zeke
1.10 TAKE A QB (Wilson)
1.11 Godwin
1.12 Nuk
2.01 Adams
2.02 DJ Moore / Mixon / Chubb / Evans
2.03 TAKE A QB (Kyler/Dak) as the run on QBs comes next.

After you take your 2nd QB EVERYONE will panic creating a massive run on QBs, by the time it rolls back around to you keep going BPA until it looks most of the starting QBs are gone and then take one of the last ones as your 3rd QB.
