Chubb for 1.04

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Chubb for 1.04

Postby Djr2723 » Mon Feb 03, 2020 10:22 am

I was looking to get the 1.04. The main guy he has interest in is Chubb, and I figure I should try to get rid of Kelce if I’m trying to rebuild. He has Hooper and Goedert at TE, and I would like to try to get one of them in return if I’m moving Kelce. What do you think of a trade involving Chubb and Kelce for 1.04 and Hooper? What side would you take? And what would you need added to either side to make it fair? Thanks in advance

I think that's a terrible idea and I'd keep what you have.

Id be more inclined to buy "low" on Goedert. Offer Kelce & 2.07 for 1.04 & Goedert. Maybe ask for a 2021 second or first as well and negotiate down from there.

When I start to feel myself getting sucked into the hype train, I delete the MFL app from my phone and bar myself from looking at the rookies... You should do this before you make a horrendous trade. Just mute your GroupMe channel today and tell your commish to email you when 2.07 is OTC.

Sounds like you’re relatively new to dynasty, so good on you coming here for advice. I did when I was new and saved me from some bad moves.

If the owners want Chubb, make them pay for it. He’s by far the most valuable chip in all of your dealings.

I agree you probably need to move Kelce, but don’t give him away. Look at your win now teams and see if a deal could be made. Definitely go for a first this year or next and a youngster with upside.

Yuck...I'd sell Kelce alone for 1.04 + Hooper or Chubb alone for 1.04 + Hooper, but definitely not both.
