3 Team Trade! Good Value on My End?

As mentioned, this would be a 3 team trade:

I give: Cook [going to Owner X], Mixon, 2020 Lottery 1st (1/10 odds at 1.01) [going to Owner Y]

I get: Zeke, Kamara

Is this good value on my end or should I just hold and try for 2 rookie RBs in the lottery, as I have another lottery pick?

Kamara more or less = Cook

Mixon + 1.01 > Elliott, and I'm not even as high on Mixon as most. This seems like an overpay.

Agree (except I'm super high on Mixon). And if pick isn't 1.01, this trade is even worse.
