Chris Carson for Kerryon Johnson

What's the difference in trade value between these two players going into 2020? I'm having trouble trying to figure it out.

For me, as a Carson owner. I would not consider trading Carson for KJ without a significant piece back in return. Penny is hurt and Carson has a massive workload all to himself. That more valuable to me than KJs potential.

I'd definitely need something added to KJ. Carson still worries me a little bit; his fumble issues, injury history, and team uncertainty all worry me.

Carson worries me, but I wouldn't trade him for Kerryon without a 1st added on, even then I'd put Kerryon as the lessor piece of that puzzle.

I would want something added to Johnson. Carson is a really solid back when healthy and has put together much better seasons than Johnson so far.

I don't think there's much difference between the two RBs. I'd say Carson >= Kerryon with Carson worth around a late 1st and Kerryon worth around an early 2nd.

Carson will be coming off a major injury, and SEA was beginning to transition to a committee backfield prior to Penny's injury. Kerryon has been regularly dinged up and is working in a committee as well in DET.
