In a rebuild what do you do with Engram?

I posted earlier about a Juju trade but now I hve been approached by someone wanting Engram.
I am looking to fully compete in 2021.

Nearing the end of a PPR rebuild
I have the 1.01, 1.05, 1.11 and 2.01, 3.01, 3.03, 3.06, 4.01
My cores are:
QB: Baker, Jimmy G
RBs: Gurley, J Hill, Guice, Samuels
WRs: Juju, Odell, AJ Brown, Deebo, Slayton, A Miller, D Johnson, P Campbell, Harry, Renfrow and Higgins
TE: Engram, Hock, Knox, Sternberger

The guy that approached me has Mack and Conner that he’s really trying to unload. He said that he’s willing to trade picks too (he has 1.03, 1.08, 2.03 and 2.07) he also has Golladay and Evans

What would be a fair initial proposal?

I would want Golladay and a pick, or the 1.03 in a rebuild. This is probably steep, but elite TEs (when healthy) are very tough to find and are pricey.

It would take an overpay to move off Engram. Something like Engram+3.01+3.03 for Golladay or 1.03.

He declined my offer of Engram and Odell for Golladay and 1.03 and says that he thinks he’s holding onto the 1.03.

I would not trade engram or hock. sometimes you just gotta settle with your guys or you will constantly be chasing players to make you competitive. this is one of those instances imo.

If you can get some of these deals then you should take it, Because I would not pay Golladay straight up for him.

I'd easily take Golladay alone over Engram. I'd take the 1.03 over Engram as well pretty easily. I don't think you will get either unless you are adding another pretty solid piece to Engram.

If I was you, I'd probably just hang on to Engram, but if he's really high on Engram, then I don't see a problem moving him as long as you can get a good deal.

Who are his TE's? I'd probably want his 1.08 and a good TE to move Engram here. Depends on who he has at TE though.

First, I see no reason to be shooting for 2021. Your team can compete this year IMO. I would at least go into the season trying to compete. If you're falling out of contention, I'd look to trade Gurley.

Next, I don't see why you would want to trade Engram in a rebuild or otherwise, especially trading him low.

Last, everyone has a price. If you can get the 1.03 or Evans I'd jump on that. I'd consider Golladay as well. I wouldn't touch Mack or Conner here.

I didn't realize so many people were this high on Engram. You can definitely use some RB help, so I'd try to move him for Conner. Since the other owner is really high on Engram, ask for the 1.08 on top (which you probably won't get) and settle for the 2.03.

Man, I wouldn't do that. I think there's a good chance they draft a significant RB to replace Conner who can't seem to stay on the field. Maybe after the draft.

I tried getting his 1.03 for engram and 2.01 but he wouldn't. I have decided that unless I can get the 1.03 in return, I am holding Engram. I still view him as a top 4 TE.
I have no interest in trading Engram for a Conner or Mack package
