Trade Up to First Overall???

Finished 3rd this past season, but went all in and now only have 1-1st round pick (1.8) this upcoming rookie draft. Should I consider the following (or if you had 1.01, would you consider the following)?:

If you are looking to move up for the 1.01 and this is an option, I think it's a good price. I don't have much hope for Bell though.

My initial thought was to throw in one of my top 3 WRs, but he's pretty loaded at WR already and is really hurting at RB.
