I own Rogers and am interested in trading him for Winston plus a pick. I’m a Winston believer and think he will resign with the Bucs, cut down on the INTs & keep putting up big numbers. The Winston owner has the 1.06, 1.07 and 2.07. My team was the top team and highest scoring team last year. QB is my weakest position. Currently have Dak, Rodgers, Brissett & Kelly. Are Rodgers and Winston close in dynasty value? Is Rodgers for Winston and the 2.07 a reasonable offer or should I try to get one of the 1st round picks? Would you stick with Rodgers?

With lots of owners fearing Winston is at the end of his value, a late 1st may be an option. If the Winston owner is a contender too, I could see you taking on the risk of Winston while moving Rodgers (even with his age) being enough to gain a 1st.

You might want to see how FA shakes out. Hearing Rivers to TB rumours already. I wouldn't trade for Jameis until he has a contract, personally. I'd consider Rodgers being worth quite a bit more than Winston. Rodgers has job security and Winston doesn't.

Rodgers > Winston for me. I’d hold him, unless you can get a 1st added to the Winston side. Doesn’t hurt to ask, his owner may want out of Winston.

I'll echo above. Rivers to TB seeming possible at this point. Arians doesn't seem to have a ton of confidence in being able to fix Winston's decision making. Winston has all the talent in the world, but I'd be too worried about him not getting re-signed.
Rodgers on the other hand isn't going anywhere barring an injury. He just had 2 incredibly efficient years and while he's not the easy top 5 QB anymore, he's an obvious top 12. Especially if they finally get him some weapons other than Jones and Adams.

Not sure you can get Winston and a 1st, but I also wouldn't do it for the 2.07.

If you can get a 1st back (ask for the later one), you gain a little value age-wise. Just be sure in your assessment of Winston as a starter. He finished about Rodgers in my league. Also, if you really want to make it happen and have insurance at QB, you could offer a 3rd as well and maybe get the earlier 1st.

I'm not really worried about Winston losing a ton of value even if the Bucs move on from him. Did he have a crazy season? Of course, but I've seen enough from him to know that he can lead a team to success and he is going to be starting for an NFL team next season come opening day.
