I'd make the swap. Don't let Kamara's down yr to cloud your judgement. That trade would have been laughable last yr. Now, Cook played his way into the elite... but a career year for Cook, and down yr for Kamara is the only reason this trade is possible. Jump on it, and reap the rewards.

Dalvin for me. Honestly, I think Kamara missed Ingram wearing D's down. I think Cook is the better RB if he stays healthy. He's going to get more touches, and probably TD's, too. I think we may have seen Kamara's peak already. He's not really a lead back. Without massive efficiency he isn't going to score as well. I'd take the guy who is the 3 down lead back, even though Cook does have injury concerns.

I think Cook is the safer option overall due to touches and his catch ability. New Orleans is never going to give Kamara a huge workload in my opinion. Dont get me wrong, both assets are great pieces.

Cook has more value than Kamara right now. At the very least you should be getting another piece added to the Kamara side. I would not do a deal straight up at this point. And I like Kamara and I am still high on him. I think he bounces back next season. But if he's coming to you, make him pay for Cook.

I'm a Vikings fan, but I prefer Alvin over Dalvin.
Both are electric and high performers when healthy. Dalvin has the greater chance to miss time and the worse offensive line. Kamara had a relatively down year but picked it back up after fully healing from his injury. Make that swap.

They're pretty close. I'd just try to make some profit here. Since the other owner approached you, I'd ask for Kamara + 2nd. If he's unwilling to do that, I'd try Cook + 3rd for Kamara + 2nd.

Even if I valued them equally, no way I’m just doing a straight swap. You came to me for Cook, clearly you value him more than Kamara, now add something...what that extra is specifically, I don’t know; probably a 2nd
