1.01/1.02 Value in Start Up Superflex

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

1.01/1.02 Value in Start Up Superflex

Postby Dynasty_Analyst » Thu Jan 16, 2020 1:44 pm

Just doing a $20 for fun start up right now. Superflex. 6 pt passing tds. PPR. 2 Pt per catch for TE.
(QB, SF, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, 2 flex)
I'm here toward the bottom of the 2nd now and am wondering when I should pull the trigger on Burrow/Jeudy/Swift. I drafted Mahomes with the 1.1. I have the 2.12 and 3.1 approaching here is the best guys available.
QB: Rodgers, Wentz, Mayfield
RB: Fournette, Gurley, Jones
WR: Cooper, Juju, Golloday, DJ moore, OBJ
TE: Kelce

Any advice where some of these guys would fit in relation to 1.01 or 1.02. Were drafting rookie placeholders so it doesn't have to necessarily be a specific rookie at this point.

I like all the wr's and Kelce more then the top rookies, but I would grab Burrow with the 4.01 if he is there. This may be really early but his value in SF will go through the roof this summer once the hype gets crazy.

I have 1.01 tagged mid to late 3rd in that format, with the 1.02 at the beginning of the 4th and 1.03 mid 4th. If a decent player is on the board, I am taking him over the early pick.

I was thinking that's late actually my man 6 pt passing TDS and he looked amazing I was thinking about pulling the trigger here at 3.1. QBs are going fast no way he makes it that far

2pt PPR TE league and Kelce is still there?! I'd immediately grab him. I'd go QB with the other pick. Depends on who you personally like the best. Burrow, Wentz, or Mayfield over Rodgers though. If you take the 1.01, you should be taking Burrow with that pick.

In 2PPR for TE, Kelce is a stud. However, if that is the choice, your roster construction from here on out should lean toward competing now. Regardless, Kelce would be almost as excellent a trade piece in a SF as a QB, so I’d go Kelce and the 1.01. You either get Burrow or have a trade chip for another team that realizes they neglected the QB position.

If it wasn’t for the TE premium, I could see Moore and 1.01 or Wentz if you believe.
