I'd take 1.05 + Chark. I would guess that you could sell 1.05 alone for JuJu in some leagues right now.

I take chark and the pick. The 1.05 could potentially net you a player similar to juju and chark has immense talent, not to be slept on. I would say it's fairly even though but juju having a bad season worries me. Is he a beast vs #2 corners and just average vs #1s? Who knows, but chark produced vs #1s that is for sure.

I can see it going either way, but I think I would rather Juju if it were me. I think this year was just an off year and his value comes back up next year.
