Bell or Gallup+

In a vacuum which side is better in a normal PPR league? Bell or Gallup + rookie pick 21?

Interesting. Everyone else I’ve asked and my entire league is roasting the guy who got Bell here. Why do you think Bell has more value?
He's still a very talented RB who was in a bad situation last year. I don't think he'll ever put up the numbers he did a few years ago, but still expect him to be a solid RB2 for a few more years. Not sure if Gallup is ever anything more than a WR2 on his own team. And like I said, pick 21 might get you a nice flier, but probably has very little value in a 10 team league.
Fair enough.
