Re: WR age drop-off??
beginning of the decline 29 or 30 normally preceded by some injury, hard drop normally is 32-33 I believe

Re: WR age drop-off??
I dont think AJ Green will be back to how he was before. Julio has probably 2 more years like this year before he starts to have a significant drop in production (due to talent).
This of course means nothing if other WRs around them step up and become their receptive QBs top choice.

Re: WR age drop-off??
Roughly 30.
Re: WR age drop-off??
Depends on the WR, but 30 is when their value drops, regardless of their production.

Re: WR age drop-off??
+1
There is something psychological about the 30 mark regardless of production. As megager pointed out many WR produce into their 30's but trade value drops. We already see it with Julio despite him posting great numbers again. Everyone wants to be "ahead" of the curve. But this provides value for others.

Re: WR age drop-off??
If you are talking real world value, it varies. If you are talking about Dynasty value, you should be trading WRs at 28. It is unlikely that they will produce, at their previous levels, after that age.

Re: WR age drop-off??
So if we’re trading WR’s at 28, does that mean we should be unloading guys like Hopkins, Adams, and Michael Thomas? Their all gonna be over 28 or right around it when the season starts next year?
Re: WR age drop-off??
Agreed. I think anyone posting on this thread should read the article. The trends it talks about is what I feel like I've started to really notice the longer I play dynasty.bigbuck22 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 12:16 pmIf you didn't read this article you probably should.megager wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2020 12:27 pm https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fantas ... -2019/amp/
