Kittle/1.03 Trade Value Q

Postby blemly » Wed Jan 08, 2020 8:50 am

Team 4 below. Pretty simple, I have the 1.03 and 1.05 in this year’s rookie draft and have a need at TE. How close is the 1.03 for Kittle? I imagine more needs to be added, but how much? Owner has the 1.02, needs help everywhere but TE (has Henry too) and is willing to trade him.
Team 1: 12-team SF 0.5 PPR:
QB: Dak, Russ, Stafford, Geno, Dalton
RB: Harris, Gibson, Chubb, Cohen
WR: DK, Ridley, Kirk, Chark, Woods, C Samuel, Shepard, Reagor
TE: Fant, Knox
Team 2: 14-team PPR SF TEP:
QB: Wilson, Burrow, Geno, Foles
RB: Mixon, Gibson, Hines, Cohen, Pollard
WR: DJM, Cooper, Sutton, Deebo, R. Moore, ARSB, Eskridge, Renfrow
TE: Gesicki, Njoku, Arnold
Team 3: 12-team PPR SF:
QB: Watson, Lawrence, Winston, Cam
RB: Harris, Ekeler, Dobbins
WR: Hill, AJB, Woods, Chark, Lockett
TE: Gesicki, OJH, Firkser
Team 4: 12-team SF TEP Devy
QB: Wilson, Geno, Ryan, Cousins
RB: Zeke, Chubb, Sanders, Pollard, Hines, Cohen, Henderson
WR: Cooper, Godwin, Sutton, JuJu, Samuel, Fuller, Shepard, Campbell
TE: Fant, Gesicki, Ertz, Freiermuth
Devy: Boutte, Young, Slovis, Harris
Team 5: 12-team PPR SF:
QB: Dak, Lance, Jones, Cam
RB: Swift, Sanders, Dobbins, Pollard
WR: Sutton, DJM, Golladay, Chase, Pittman, Kirk, Campbell, Mims, Wallace
TE: Herndon, Gesicki, Freiermuth

I'd start with 1.03 + your 2020 2nd and see what he says. If that's not enough, maybe try 1.02 + Mack? If I were the Kittle owner though, I'd want 1.03 + another 1st or player equivalent.

I do not possess the 1.02 FWIW. The Kittle owner does. The 1.03 + 2.03 seems like it could be close for him and that might be a good place to start. Appreciate the thoughts guys.

Sorry, I meant 1.03. Yeah I'd start with 1.03 + 2.03 and see what happens.

I’d start with 1.5 and your 2nd so you can keep the 1.3. Sell him he has Henry, two too 5 picks and two high 2nds that he could package to move into late first adding to his rebuild.

id prob roll with howard, try to buy njoku cheap if possible, draft another TE in the 2nd maybe. or ask what he wants for HH and pay something a lot less. im not into paying a top 5 pick for a TE

Normally I am not either, but Kittle would be an exception.

I also don’t think this TE class is particularly strong and wouldn’t want to spend a 2nd on one here. May revisit his HH price, though. Good call. Would probably offer my 2.03 for him, but would be willing to pay a late first in value.

In your situation, I would ask about Henry over Kittle. Kittle's price will be higher than just that 1.03. As a Kittle owner, I probably would be countering with 1.03 and the 1.05 for me to move him.

X2.

As a Kittle owner if you’re in a league where you have to start a tight end like I am where I own him 1.03 and 1.05 would get me definitely thinking about moving him, especially if I’m a non contending team. One of the firsts and a second would just be an easy pass for me

I agree with the last few posts, for me to move Kittle I’d want 1.03 and 1.05. Would totally understand not wanting to pay that though
