Should I trade a big name for younger and draft cap?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Should I trade a big name for younger and draft cap?

Postby stockerj » Sat Jan 04, 2020 11:36 am

Sig 1
For some reason I’ve had an urge to trade Cooper. I obviously want to compete again next year but would like to get a little younger and gain some draft cap if possible. Whose a name I should go after if you think I should trade amari?

What’s your thoughts on improving my team? Sig 1

I’d hold given your team construction. You get the Dak to Cooper stack each week. I would be selling Gurley or Henry first if it was my team.

That said, if you are stuck on moving Cooper, I would think something like 1.06/2.06 is reasonable given this year’s deep class.

This is terrible advice. Do not sell Amari Cooper for 1.06 and a 2nd. That's way underselling for a WR in his prime. I'm as high on this class as anybody, but that's a terrible return for Cooper.
