I like him for at least next year. Name another receiving weapon on the raiders aside from maybe Williams and Renfrow. If the raiders draft offensive weapons then maybe 2 years from now he’ll slow down a bit. Depends a lot of what happens for the raiders at QB next year. Especially like him if the raiders keep Carr, If not still like him but depends who is at QB as to how much

Should be a solid option for another year or two. His advanced breakout age is a bit concerning from a value standpoint, but no reason to think he cant keep producing for a bit.

I am going to sell him. His stats with Renfrow are significantly worse than with him. Hoping other people don't pick up on that so I can sell him at a premium

I'm not a believer in Waller. Here's an all-time great stat: he's been suspended for more games than he's started. And he also missed most of his rookie year due to injury. He's also a former 6th round pick on a bad team with a bad quarterback and has 3 touchdowns this year. It's a near certainty that the Raiders add a WR and a good possibility they add a QB. That does moderate to severe damage for Waller's value. Looks like you need a little help in just about every area and Herndon is an even more volatile asset. So in your case, I'd hold him for the time being.
But if I had Waller and (for example) Hooper or a steady 6-12 range TE behind him on my roster, I'd look to flip him before '20-21 opening day. I don't want to take anything away from his season as his production speaks for itself, but owning anyone on the Raiders is going to be like placing a bet in Vegas. See what I did there

I sold him for a 2021 first and Boston Scott. I'm in a total rebuild so the pick will probably be of more use to me provided I don't screw it up completely.
I can see why people will hold though. As said I see 2-3 years of TE 1 numbers.
