Trade completed and advice

Just completed a trade for Team 2 in my sig.

My team is already eliminated from the playoffs and I have 2 first round picks in the next year draft (one should be top 1-3 and the other will be late). Since I am eliminated I was going after Mack. I ended up trading Singletary straight up for Mack. My thought process on this trade are that they're only 1 year apart, Mack is the bigger and more talented back, and the Indy o-line is one of the best in the NFL. Did I make the right decision?

My 2nd part of this is that I need to make 1 or 2 more moves. I want to either trade Waller or Hooper. I would rather trade Hooper because I think he holds a little bit more value and Waller is the better player. What is a good value for those 2?

I prefer Mack > Singletary. Gore may be gone next year, but I haven't see any indication that BUF plans to give Singeltary a workhorse role. For now, I'd rather gamble on the player with a dominant offensive line and a QB who doesn't vulture goal-line TDs. Singletary certainly has upside though. Only time will tell.

I'd rather trade Waller. While he's a talented TE, his target volume has dropped, which is what was giving him top-5 fantasy TE production. Plus, I tend not to trust players with a history of substance abuse suspensions. I'd take a mid/late 1st for him.

I like the Mack deal. Should be a really nice piece heading into 2020 for you. Nice value.

I would trade Waller over Hooper. Hooper is young and looks like the next elite TE.
