Mack+ or 2020 1st+

I am not competing this year (Team 4 in Sig), but am interested in buying Mack from a leaguemate that is. The following offer is on the table:
Give: 2020 1st (proj 1.12) + N. Hines + Jamaal Williams
Get: M. Mack + 2020 2nd (pro. 2.03)
Seems like a no brainer but I wanted others thoughts. He showed impressive improvement this year and has an all-star line to run behind.

Looks like you'd only be moving back 4 spots to pick up a pretty solid volume based RB. I like it.

Worth mentioning that the 2nd is pretty much the guaranteed 2.03 based on the way picks are assigned, but the 1.12 is just the current leaders pick. He could flame out in the first round of the playoffs and end up with the 1.07, it is just more unlikely.
