I'd probably hold over a 4th, hoping for news that Herndon starts next year injured when you can sell for more. Gase has made it clear that Herndon is going to have to re-earn playing time and he's not helped himself this year with the suspension and injuries.

I think there’s very little chance he has value next year.. I would sell but not that low. 3rd (not 4th) and fringe player sounds ok..
And a 2nd (not third) for Griff + Johnathon Williams sounds fair.

Maybe, maybe not, but he's been the TE2 behind only Kelce the last four weeks. The starting job is likely Griffin's for at least ROS, and if he does well, it's very possible he's the starter going into next season. Maybe not many are willing to pay an early 2nd, but I certainly wouldn't sell for less in TE prem.
