Which WR should I trade, if any

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Which WR should I trade, if any

Postby Rustycage » Wed Nov 20, 2019 6:51 am

Team 2 in sig:

Trade deadline is Thursday and I got an offer of a 1st for a WR. I've made JuJu, OBJ and ARob available. The 1st rounder in question should drop in between 1.03 - 1.05. My thought process right now is that I'm an RB away from serious playoff contention, so turning a WR into a draft pick that can net me an RB next year seems good on the surface.

Just looking for thoughts on who to try to move. I'm not saying I would trade OBJ straight up for a 1st rounder, but I could work a better package out if I decide to move him. The owner I am discussing this is a very near sighted owner, so he likely won't want OBJ, hell, all three of these WRs might be a turn off to him.

Robinson is the wr of the three I would move. Beckham and JuJu would both be sell low's. Robinson is too up and down and always will be in Chicago in my opinion. I would trade him for a mid 1st if that is an option very easily.

x2. I am a massive fan of ARob I just think it's unfortunate he's always with crappy QB's.

Maybe it's recency bias, but with the fact that the organization seems to be souring on Trubisky, I think CHI brings in some capable QB help over the offseason, bumping Robinson's value. This would be WAY low for OBJ on a team that needs an O-Line. I think Juju is a solid WR2 on his own team and one of the reasons he's suffering is that he misses AB and Bell (Ben too, obviously). I just don't see that overpowering WR1 play from him. Courtland Sutton is catching the ball from just awful QBs and MT lost exactly nothing when Bridgewater stepped in.

I'm in the minority, but I'd move Juju here, betting that the massive high of last season was a fluke.
