I’m out of contention this year and my team is basically built for the future. It’s a 2 TE (!) League and a contender (currently 3rd) is inquiring about my Kelce.
I don’t need D. Walker and J. Samuels is also more of a depth piece/insurance.
How much is Kelce worth in 2 TE?

I would want more then that package for Kelce in a 2 TE league. I would want multiple 1st's + a young piece or two or I would be happy to hold him until he retires.

TE is a mess outside of a few reliable guys, two of which are hurt right now. If a contender wants Kelce in a start 2TE format, you have all the leverage. I'd counter with Kelce + Samuels for Brown + Goedert + two 1sts.
